The Minnesota mezzobusiness license will allow us as a Licensed Cannabis Operator (LCO) to cultivate up to 15k sqft of indoor canopy and an additional 1 acre of organic, sun-grown crops.
Our Path
Leah, founder of Sprout, began assembling a team of collaborators immediately after Minnesota’s landmark legislation looked likely to pass in 2023.
Team members include advocates integral to passage of the legislation, experienced veterans operating in existing licensed states, cannabis enthusiasts, business experts, and consultants with track records accounting for more licensing wins than any other firm nationwide.
Our team has also established relationships with other industry leaders that will protect our supply chain while maintaining efficient distribution of products.

As part of our efforts, Sprout pledges to donate 2% of profits to help fund community efforts to help those most impacted by cannabis prohibition through partnerships with organizations who have shown a track record of leading the charge for change.
As part of our initial efforts, Sprout has partnered with BIPOCann and The Last Prisoner Project to immediately meet our goals of giving back. Future partnerships include the Twin Cities Pride Festival and other local Minnesota organizations that exemplify our values and demonstrate an ability to promote and advance these objectives.
